You did alot of good work and i can admire that. I'll help ya a little.
If you want, run the sus 2x a week, as it will probly give you a nice size knot if you do that in one pin.
You do need to focus on one specific goal, as strength and size can't go hand in hand. You either do intense strength training or intense size build. Sounds like you have the diet handled, make sure you're doing the cardio and that sus will do just fine on it's own.
