I will also add a pre workout boost like Superpump, creatine, and beta alanine into my PCT. As far as 5k cals a day obviouly you cant get in 5-6k clean cals everyday. I asssume just eat as clean as possible and throw in maybe 1 shitty meal like a fast food to get that extra 700-1k cals?
