Im 18 years old july is my birthday
i was 192 in october did body weight exersizes to loose the weight. I lost all that in close to a month!! So November first i weighed 164 started with lifting and my body just transformed. People didnt recomize me. It was pretty fun!! Now i currently weigh 170 on the dot. So i guess thats all muscle?? I wear a size 32 jean and they are sorta loose... Oh. Im 6 foot 1. Too. I dont kno my % body fat. But i got a really nice 4 pac hahaha.

How long before i can start if i make the decision??
