Yeah, food is obviously better than protein shakes. But I cant eat more than 4 times a day, I just dont want to. (I am eating every 3 hours) Forcing myself to eat is not a good thing from different perspectives.
So do you think this is a good way to eat to see results?
Should I keep eating like that and training hard until 23-24?
This didnt work for me until now when I am nearly 21...
