    By your response, I'm guessing you have absolutely no idea how to eat. I'm on this board a lot helping people sort out their diet. Without knowing diet, all the gear in the world is completely worthless.

    Even though you called me out, I'm no 'internet tough guy'. You will not get the satisfaction of dragging me down to your level. Matter of fact, I will not revisit this thread again. Talk all the trash you want.

    lol when did i call you an idiot? i called your comment idiotic due to the fact that if i was asking about FOOD i would have made it clear. im no internet tough guy either and i did not call you out at all. im just sick of people coming at me with the same crap about food and training when im asking about something completely different. Ive been around this game a lot longer than a lot of people on this board and i assure you, food and training is NOT an issue. I just come here to seek the wisdom of those more knowledgable with AAS than i.

    ill make sure i put 'no food or training comments please' just to let you know that kind of input is not needed in future- okay?

    Anyway thank you to those of you who kept on topic and gave me some good solid answers, this has been helpful, no one has mentioned equipoise, is this not worth considering as a mass building agent?

    EQ was and still is a muscle builder for horses.It stimulates the appetite so you will want to eat more FOOD!Therefore gain weight by the FOOD you eat.

    No ones mentioned it because its worthless, very weak, very poor muscle builder, safe you money and use ANYTHING else!
