declan seems to be giving you the right advice the only thing I would like to add is alot of times its your form when working chest a good example of why your arms build quicker would be your grip(arm spacing) needs to be wide or you will tend to hit the tri's more than isolate your chest and make sure your movement are slow take advantage of the negetive part of the lift as well

    Peace

i was wondering when someone would ask about this... You say you are 5'11" so you are my height, and what totally changed the size of my chest was my width of my grip on the bench. I've tried 2 a days on muscles, twice a week on muscles and once with not even that many sets and in my exp, i got best results gripping wider than my shoulders when the bar is against my chest. I keep elbows in and when you push up, push as if you are trying to stretch the bar apart. I use a wide, wide grip to make sure that tri's don't get more than chest. Also, flies helped me drastically with concentration on pecs... I bet that the problem lies with your form.

I'm not saying your form is wrong, but i do know that i can personally lift with two forms without doing it improperly, thats all i'm saying.

Where do you grip? Try putting pinkies, or even ring fingers on the grip line at the outside of the bar and keep elbows in close as you can to your body.

    Hope this helps,
