So I didn't even read your post, I just skipped to the diet... You need a whole new diet. THis is what you need to do. Eat things that are as close to their natural source as possible. Go by the rule: If you can grow it, hunt it, pick it, you can eat it. Try not to eat fruit though. So eat things like chicken breast, not fried chicken. Can you pick or grow a pop tart? no, so don't eat it. That's how you should live. Also you need to get into the gym and do this--> CARDIO. No soda, only water. Start with these little changes and then once you have this down for a two weeks, come back and post a diet or just pm me and I will make you one. No point in diving too far into this because 90% chance you will quit, or eat shitty food so much that you will not make any progress. SO eat natural foods and get into the gym or outside and run or do stairmaster, not the lazy machines. You can go slow and fast just make sure you get in there. Once you have done this come back.
