    I know a lot of guys who do. Personally I like the Dorian Yates style. Warm up, HIT and out of the weight room in less than 1 hour.

    Wait, I think you may of misunderstood, I mean like lift twice in 1 day. Say a split like this.

    Monday
    9:00 AM Chest, Biceps
    7:00 PM Delts, Tris, Traps

    Tues
    9:00 AM Back Abs
    7:00 PM Legs

    Wed
    9:00 AM Chest, Biceps
    7:00 PM Delts, Tri's, Traps

    Thur
    9:00 AM Back, Abs
    7:00 PM Legs

    Fri
    9:00 AM Chest, Biceps
    7:00 PM Delts, Tri's, Traps

    Sat
    9:00 AM Back, Abs
    7:00 PM Legs

    Sun
    OFF!!!

    Bro, Thats is going to be way over training. You need to rest harder than you train. It took me a long time to figure that out but when i did i made the best gains of my life! I only train 3 to 4 days a week now and have no problem with training every body part one time per week. Good luck!

    Ha nah bro I'm not training like that, I know better. I was just asking if one can train like that while on a heavy cycle.

    Like I mentioned above I haven't ever cycled, and I plan on cycling in time, just a Test E to start out with. But I was just asking, if heavy cycles allow athletes to train more often. Does it make muscles recover quicker.
