    In the sticky it says take Adex for estrogen control and tamox for gyno reduction. Can you run both? I would like to reduce the little lump I have but also reduce estrogen so it dont happen again. I was going to run Nova at 40 a day and Adex .25 aday for a week then drop the nova to 10 a day and Adex .25 EOD
