Not the biggest world of difference between 45 and 60 minutes...
yeah I don't see the big difference.
You're a smaller guy, you use smaller weights, and you push them shorter distances, so why not work out in a shorter amount of time....

As the earlier posters said, not much difference between an hour and 45 minutes. I was a very hardgaining ecto-morph in my teens and early 20's and what I was always told and read was to do alot of compound heavy movements (bench press, deadlifts, squats, pull ups) and to train hard and heavy but keep your workouts short and sweet. Get in, get it done, and get out.
