Day 14 of the gear, I know alot of you say 4-5 weeks, but come on I havent hit numbers like that since I peaked on Havoc. Still was barely able to do 90lb DBs x5 for incline. My previous best is 225x12 at the end of my havoc cycle and 300lb 1 rep max
I see myself destroying some old PRs, I cant wait for weeks 6-12
