Eat clean get lots of rest, train heavy and lift for no more than 45 minutes. Go get blood work done again in 3 months. You are producing test so you could do another run of clomid and nolva but then you should wait another month or 2 after you stop before testing blood levels again as they will be elevated from the serms.
