So i went out with my 12 year old daughter in the car today was about 2 minutes from my house and a car on the other side of the road came flying over a hill and lost control the back flew out and he ended up on my side of the road about 2 feet away from me and smashed into 2 parked cars,As soon as i saw him lose control i slammed on my brakes if i hadnt he would have hit me head on.....Scary shit.

Yeah she screamed as she saw the car coming towards us Ender once it was done it took me 10 minutes to get her back in the car....shes ok now though thanks for asking.

joined a gym today....havent been to a gym in about 15 yrs cus of many reasons but i finnaly outgrew my home gym so its time for the next level...it was a blast man....hooked up with a few dudes doing chest and hit it hard...today was the first time i benched with a barbell in 7 years, it felt great...the gym has renewed my enthusiasm for training and life in general..... yee ****in haw...

good idea bro..i own an eliptical....the cardio shit is what everyone uses at the gym so its imposible to use it when you want it....plus its great to have it at home so you can jump on it first thing in the a.m or whenever....

i would try to judge your success by how you look in the mirror when its all done....even if you are at the same weight as before i bet youll look better.....
