    if your gona do drol, i did it @ 50mg and ended up wishing i'd done it @ 100mg

    well i always make sure im below 10% year round so thats not a problem.

    iv never done drol before and im scared to blow up like a ballon. i hate that look, i want to stay lean and hard, of course il get SOME water but i want to look somewhat hard....and i heard from people drol with 10% or lower bf is amazing which is why i wanted to maybe give it a shot

    i would be prone to bloating but i had a lower carb diet while on it and the bloat neva started, so id say def diet dependant and if you have low b/f an ai will sort any for you. i def will use 100mgs nxt time

    yea il probably run a low dose of letro all the way through, but yea i think il start with 75mg then take it from there.

    my diet for the first 8 weeker will be:

    Carbs: 280g
    Fats: 30g
    Protein: 350g


    over the 2 weeks im going to lower the protein like it says to do and then gradually get myself ready for the next 8 weeker which im going to do my carb cycling diet that works wonders for me and get down to 4-6% bf

    wouldnt think letro would be what you want to run mate, adex prob a better choice, as far as i know letro is a last ditch measure for gyno and it can hurt your gains

    i always run letro...i run it VERY low though and does the job for me

    Even at a very low dose, letro will kill too much estrogen. Have you ever used adex? If not, it may not hurt to try it, your gains may be better. I've tried both and honestly, I gain much more with adex, just food for thought.
