    Planning future cycle (Sling Shot method)

    ok im trying to put together my next cycle so i can over sometime get everything i need to run this bad boy.

    Im going to go with the "sling shot" method when running this cycle (8 weeks on, 2 weeks off (cruise), 8 weeks on)

    my goals for this cycle is to lean bulk for the first 8 weeks + 2 week cruise, and then aim more towards cutting/recomp for the last 8 weeks.

    Stats:
    6'
    195
    6%-8% bf
    4th cycle



    this is what i was thinking:


    First 8 weeks:
    Test P: 50mg ed
    Tren A: 75mg ed
    Drol: 50mg ed (debating between drol and tbol) Need Opinions

    2 week break

    Test P @ 75mg EOD

    Second 8 weeks:
    Test P: 50mg ed
    Tren A: 75mg ed
    Masteron: 100mg ed

    *btw the oral in the first part will be ran for 4 weeks if its drol

    If you look at Ronnie's thread on page 13 (I think) he help me design a tren/prop/var sling shot cycle

    i just ran var though, plus its pricey..i really want to try halotestin but IF i go with drol for the first 4 weeks would that give me enough time to run halo for the last 4 weeks of my 2nd 8 weeker? (10 week gap)

    drol and halo are both toxic which is why im asking....still not 100% with drol though, i really dont want to look like a water ballon but iv heard drol with low bf is amazing.

    I'm only looking to run var the last phase of the cycle not the whole cycle.
    I contemplated running halo but I will hold off for a bit. Halo and tren can make a person more of an ass...

    lol thats a bit of an under statement, thats why im probably not going to go with it..but im interested in its strength gaining with little/no mass aspect

    I haventt read an awful lot about sling shot cycles. But the best way to gain LBM (IMHO) is to prime the body beforehand by dropping bodyfat, then going on cycle, or increasing doses (if your on HRT) and changing your training volume to suit LBM.

    Whether that be increasing volume week by week, adding weight or training HIT/DC training (what I do), I dont know.

    Take advantage of the rebound, not by just increasing calories.

    - Prime for 6-10 weeks (reduce bf%)
    - Begin cycle, increase doses or introduce new compounds
    - Change training protocol (Peroidization/HIT/DC)
    - Increase calories

    if your gona do drol, i did it @ 50mg and ended up wishing i'd done it @ 100mg

    well i always make sure im below 10% year round so thats not a problem.

    iv never done drol before and im scared to blow up like a ballon. i hate that look, i want to stay lean and hard, of course il get SOME water but i want to look somewhat hard....and i heard from people drol with 10% or lower bf is amazing which is why i wanted to maybe give it a shot

    i would be prone to bloating but i had a lower carb diet while on it and the bloat neva started, so id say def diet dependant and if you have low b/f an ai will sort any for you. i def will use 100mgs nxt time

    yea il probably run a low dose of letro all the way through, but yea i think il start with 75mg then take it from there.

    my diet for the first 8 weeker will be:

    Carbs: 280g
    Fats: 30g
    Protein: 350g


    over the 2 weeks im going to lower the protein like it says to do and then gradually get myself ready for the next 8 weeker which im going to do my carb cycling diet that works wonders for me and get down to 4-6% bf

    wouldnt think letro would be what you want to run mate, adex prob a better choice, as far as i know letro is a last ditch measure for gyno and it can hurt your gains

    i always run letro...i run it VERY low though and does the job for me

    Even at a very low dose, letro will kill too much estrogen. Have you ever used adex? If not, it may not hurt to try it, your gains may be better. I've tried both and honestly, I gain much more with adex, just food for thought.

    yea iv tried adex...i suppose il just do adex then since i have time to get some...and just do .25mg ed

    ok so i think i decided this is how im going to run it:


    First 8 weeks:
    Test P: 50mg ed
    Tren A: 50-75mg ed
    Drol: 75mg ed (weeks 1-4)

    2 week break

    Test P @ 75mg EOD

    Second 8 weeks:
    Test P: 50mg ed
    Tren A: 75mg ed
    Masteron: 100mg ed

    The drol bloat is overrated. It is easily controlled.

    figured, plus diet and bodyfat with also impact the bloat

    Which one??

    should i do drol or dbol? iv always stayed away from both because of the bloat they both caused but, iv been hearing mixed reviews about both, but it seems the drol is the better one as for mass/strength
