With all due respect, I completely disagree. Read the ingredients on natural PB. I don't know about yours, but mine says: Roasted Peanuts, Sea Salt. Now read the ingredients on Skippy, Jif, etc. - you're going to see a bunch of other crap in there. The difference is minimillay processed vs. highly processed, aside from the MUCH higher sugar content.

Both natural and regular peanut butters may contain some sugar and salt for flavoring. Some brands also contain a small amount of stabilizer (partially hydrogenated vegetable oil) to keep the oil from separating, which most consumers prefer. This also helps maintain peanut butter freshness.
