I'm still training legs mind you.
After the tear, I started to use a modified bulgarian training method from the week after.
Trained quads/hips/glutes (via heel-elevated, ATG barbell back/front squats) 4 times last week.
No direct hamstring training... just massage and stretching. So far it's healing pretty damned quickly
