That's not sprinting..bud! You obviously do not understand strength conditioning training. I deadlift multiple reps at 475 - 480 and 2 reps at 515. I never said I did 10 reps at 515. I deadlift once every other week to recover and heal and do other exercises between those rest days.
Everything coming out of your mouth is BS. You're not a SEAL, you don't have a powerlifting champion trainer, or a "strength conditioning trainer" that ran MACV Recondo school in 'nam. You're not military. You don't even use the proper nomenclature for the things that you're claiming.
You cannot deadlift 515 at 181 lbs, you can't bench 420 either. You also can't run for 2 hours at 180-200 bpm.
You're just some fancy boy trying to get attention.
If any of what you claimed were true, you'd be amongt the most physically capable and strongest people in the world, and would have far more knowledge than you exhibit here and on your gay forums.
