Yeah, I'd run a BW panel if you can. Go to a place like privatemdlabs if needed. Also, the Letro sounds like the white lightening of estro killer ... Probably not needed at this stage as you stated.

Run Adex at .25 every other day. If symptoms don't go away you can up the dose till they go away but remember your body needs e as well as T.
