    Im 6'1 1/2 around 228 with 10% bf so thats gives me a good aspect.

    Bro believe it or not this is my 1st cycle. In my before pics i was anywhere between 218 -225. Now im 240+ last weigh in i was 241. Monday will be the beginning of my 7th week and i havent lost a pound yet. so everything is looking good for me

    Thats some good shit then.
    By the time I get ready to cycle I should be at least 240 hopefully if gains keep comin this year.

    I went from 205 to 228 in 6-8 weeks and damn I still dont feel thick. BF hasnt changed much i was prolly 7-8% at 205 now im at 228 and 9-11%. Im tryna get thick Fuk the abs lol.

    You got a log or anything so I can see your workouts, meal plans etc?
