    I dont know the exact numbers but Im pretty sure that I have read somewhere that the nutrients of the cooked egg is almost 50% more available to your body than the uncooked egg. So say the egg has 6 grams of protien, your body will only get about 3 from an uncooked egg and you are talking just the egg white so it would be even less than that.

    This^^^ raw eggs have a horrible bioavailable percentage, where cooked eggs are one of the most bioavailable sources of protein out there. Sucking down raw eggs is old school but is really a waste.

    Heres what you can do, cook up a carton and blend it with water and whey. Chug it and done!
