    I want to start my first cycle.

    Im 21, 5'7 and I weigh 125. Ive been working out for years now. Off and on. Ive tried protein shakes and eating alot, and I can't seem to put on any weight. Ive lifted 225 in the past. At 125 lbs and I wanted to do more, but I gave up because I didn't see any results. So Im thinking my body is mature enough to start this process. I want to do it the cheapest way possible and if possible I don't want to inject. Any suggestions? Please no weird words, im new to this whole thing.

    bro at 125lb and your age. AAS is not for you. Instead of asking for AAS advice ask for diet and maybe training advice. You will get better feed back if you go that route

    I have tried everthing as far as diet. As for training I have lifted countless hours and No results.

    Ty is right bro you are not ready for aas. Obviously you are doing something wrong, if you are working out for hours at the gym you are probably over training. What types of diets have you tried?? How often do you eat? What do your workouts look like?? Let us know and someone will tell you what you need to do, but at 125lbs and being 5'7" im 5'6' and weigh 185lbs bro, you are not ready for aas and especially being so young.

    I personally don't think you're too young, but you are too small. you need to get good at training and eating so when you do get on steroids you will benefit from them more.

    Original poster.... You are not ready to cycle you need diet help and though you think you have tried everything you haven`t. Steroids won`t do jack if you can`t eat right. 125lbs..... come on man.

    Maybe it's my eating habits. I eat alot of junk . Mostly take out food. Wow thats good weight. How much did you start at? I do chest and triceps Mon Wed. fri. then bis and back tues and thursday I also do sit ups every other day. I rest during the weekends.

    dude you really need to change up everything.....your diet is obviously lacking if you think you need protine shakes to grow,thay are great supps to a good diet but whole food is the fule for growth....food is the most anabolic substance around.....and you workout split is horrid....try hitting each bodypart once per week really hard and then incorporate a few rest days in there somewhere....we grow when at rest....and dam man hit those legs thay are like half of your body mass and if you start working them the weight will shurly come up....this is all just basic stuff you should know already so imho you are not even close to ready to use aas....learn to walk before you start running...good luck...

    Everything about this thread feels wrong. Trolls aren't this dumb. I wouldn't expect a rookie to be this clueless, either. It's bizarre.

    u really dont listen do you, your diet is probably worse then my grandmas and your complaining you cant gain weight.

    Yeah bro only cause its junk food and loaded with fats and a crap load of calories doesnt mean your going to gain weight faster. You need to have about 6 to 7 meals a day and I aint talking about huge meals 6-7 good quality food meals. Check out the diet section bro. And it took me a couple of years to get to the weight I am now when I was 18 I was weighing about 130lbs and started working out and eating good. It took me a good 2 years to get around 175 and now the heaviest I have been is 205 but all good weight. Seriously bro you need to hit the diet section of this forum.
