Im 21, 5'7 and I weigh 125. Ive been working out for years now. Off and on. Ive tried protein shakes and eating alot, and I can't seem to put on any weight. Ive lifted 225 in the past. At 125 lbs and I wanted to do more, but I gave up because I didn't see any results. So Im thinking my body is mature enough to start this process.
