you hurt me....actually i did 6 sets o squats atg so kept it to 225max so i could keep form,then 4 stes presses,3sets each of leg curls/extentions followed by 4 sets of calf presses....i wached a guy then proceed to show me up right after words hittin 405 for quarter squats....way immpressive....not....
