    I may be at a low point in my training & diet. So you are free to speculate, but the information you are basing your speculation off of is very limited. Especially one picture, of a time when I'm not at home following a diet & training regimine - just an every day shot.

    In response to your "speculation'; here was me when I followed my diet, and trained rigorously.

    And Gonzo - I ran this pussi cycle because I started a new job, and did not want to undergo the potential for emotional issues ("Roid Rage") as I do get a bit edgy/touchy while being on.
    I am also very suseptable to hair loss and back'ne (acne on the back) so I thought I could just leave all of the negative elements at the door, and pick up 5pds lbm.

    If it's just a "*****" cycle as you state, why even bother? Why not wait until you're settled into your new job then start a cycle? You won't be gaining those 5 pounds if you're not eating right. Also, why settle for 5 pounds? Looking to add 1/4 inch on those arms?

    No diet = no success. Get on track or get off gear.
