    Well over the last 12 weeks my weight has remained constant at 18st 10lbs (262lbs) and I have got ALOT leaner and have made strength gains throughout - I would say I have lost at least 10lbs of fat so therefore gained 10lbs of muscle.

    Im sure you've made progress, but you're estimating your gains. Gaining muscle and losing fat simultaneously is very difficult. Im not saying it can't be done, but I haven't seen it.

    Yes it is an estimate but my weight HAS remained at 18st 10lbs and I HAVE got ALOT leaner.

    Funny cos on another board I post on alot of guys now acheive body recomposition i.e. losing fat and gaining muscle simultaneously and have moved away from the bulk then cut approach.
