    How much test should I take?

    Greetings everyone,

    Stats:

    40 y
    6'2 feet
    185 lbs
    11% bf

    Looking to get over 200 pounds.
    Heading south to get supplies this weekend.

    Should I do a 600 test/week cycle or 500/test 300/deca for 10 weeks or tren. Not sure what to do next.

    This will be my second cycle. Will be done with pct from first cycle in a few weeks.
