    im likin it a lot now that i got the test flu thing out of the way.....on wendsday i thought i was dying so went home early from work and sleept....took thursday off from gym as well....just got back from the gym and did leg day day after shooting quad for first time and have to say i had a great workout...i felt real strong today.....im getting use to the pain,just spreading it around.....
