Your best bet for site growth would be this:

HGH shot anywhere to keep IGF-1 levels high all the time
Test E to keep test levels high all the time.....

Now for site injections:
RhIGF-1 shot 2-3x a day into desired musclePgcl shot 3x a day into desired site

A possible benefit would be to do any oil injection in the desired muscle to stretch the fascia.....

THIS IS JUST HYPOTHETICAL! I've never done it..... I can't say it works. This is just my opinion on what would be your "Best shot" for localized growth.....
