Since ive been away ive lost a massive amount of weight, the food in there was so so bad i hardly ate. The gym was tiny ( 1 squat rack and two benches ) and at each gym session there'd be 40+ lads... So ive got alot of hard work to do, im going to spend the next 6/12 months sorting my diet and training before i even look at steroids.....
