Well I did deca 400wk 10wk, test e 500wk 12wk, no dbol kick start. Gained a good 20+lbs, without watchen my macros so much. You know shakes n sht between meals. I am a lot smarter now.. Iv also been a big 278 before so it coulda been a bit of muscle memory stuff. You have all the knowledge a advice you need to get the most outa your cycle. That's why I say up to 30lbs. I'd do anuther deca test cycle but I don't wanna get to much bigger. And I don't always have a gym around to lift like I should on that kind of cycle.... Oh and be carefull you will get really strong pretty fast. So don't do anything that will injure your joints and tendons. You prob won't feel to much, due to deca, and it will screw your cycle up.
