    Ofcourse you are allowed to have your opinion, am not saying everything gets stored as fat but there is ALOT of extra energy that will be stored as fat, not all.
    I also edited out the "everything" part, that was not my intention, it's not allways easy to explain yourself in english 100% exact....

    This is not my theory but this is from a medical journal wich i get cause i study medisin... its not boggus but read between the lines, your the one that simplifies it....
