EDIT: I totally forgot to mention some important info
1: I take about 264 g's of protein, 160 g's of carbs and 41 g's of fat that comes to a total of 2065 calories
2: I workout 4-5 times a week
3: I do cardio 5 times a week
4: My diet consists of everything clean (oats, potato, protein shakes, eggs, salad, chick breast, tuna etc... no fatty foods/deep fried)
5: I am on Fish oils, Multi Vits, Cla's, Glutamine and plan on taking creatine when on var
6: All my meals ar spread 2.5-3 hours and I take about 6-7 meals
With these in mind I am just looking for something to help get my result without losing the muscle... and I heard that var was a good choice.... and that when on a calorie deficit diet while on it you can keep the muscle and it helps lose fat... I was simply curious to if the fat burning properties were true and if it'd help lose the fat...
