(seriously I'm a construction superintendent company I work for does mix of residential and commercial. Smaller company, usually less than 5 jobs going at a time. I love my job, although sometimes I wish I could go back to swinging a hammer and make the same pay I do now.

I still love the crackhead framing carpenters telling me "I need your job, its so easy")
