guys, i know i know its bad.. BUT i am NOT looking for an easy way out. I am looking for a boost and something to help me get there. I gained 40 lbs in less than 6 months when my wife was preg. and have always been in great shape and just need a boost to help me get back to where i was. Its not like im expecting to lose fat with no cardio, i am doings lots of cardio just want the extra help.
