    Large doses of pantothetic acid pills seem to work well. They are cheap as well.

    mega dosing them seems to also lead to thinning of hair

    Yeah? I never heard that before. I haven't had that side effect from pantothetic acid? I ran it at 20 pills 500mgs each.
