Here is a guy that think over training is a myth but is still only recommending 16-20 sets.

Note here ever when talking a bout high volume sets they only go as high as 25 sets and that is in reference to pro bodybuilders

You keep asking me to prove my argument so above are a few pages that illustrate my point, do you have an proof of people performing up 32 sets with good results?

PS. My apologies if I offended you by disagreeing with your training routine. I'm not calling you an idiot or inexperience I'm just saying I don't think 16-32 sets is a good general rule. I think that is too much volume for most people, don't take it personally.

Would you feel better if I lowered the range to 25 sets from 32? All of these annoying posts you made regarding nothing could have been avoided if you simply said "I think 32 sets is too much because...(enter educated reason here)"

Instead you got on your soap box gasping in disgust making screw ball assumptions that I suggest 16 sets for a beginner, and then you tell me that pros dont even do that much volume.

Read posts for what they are and stop thinking so deeply into it.

If you do a split where you hit a muscle group twice in 1 week, you WILL do 20+ sets.
I didnt specify or go into detail what a begginer, intermediate, expert should do to avoid this exact thing. But somehow you still turned this into an argument over something you conjured on your own.

And your statement that you are not calling me inexperienced or an idiot seems a bit contradictory being that you said I was giving out bullshit advice and criticized the initial info on more than 1 occasion.
