That cycle will keep some size while starving (contest dieting). Being your first cycle just about anything is going to work great.
If there are anymore shows try to hit those too. I hate dieting into a show and not doing at least two. You never know when your going to hit your condition on the nose and you'll want to be able to display it.

Yea there one a week before I might do, but afterwards theres a few week break until the next one and I'm not staying away from burgers and fries longer than i need to lol. My trainer said if we can dial in on time then we will enter the one a week before too, but we're aiming for the one on june 19th, we'll see how it goes. this is week 3 of the cycle, doing my 6th injection tonight actually. hopefully will start to see some fullness and strength increases coming into week 4, as I didn't jump start it with anything.

I usually do a show (Saturday) and on Sunday morning a breakfast buffet. I eat alot all day Sunday and by Monday I've gained 10-15 pounds (water mostly). Most of the food I take in for 36 hours after the show is protein and carbs. Whole eggs, hash browns, bread, cheese etc. By Monday I've really filled out and I can get back to the contest diet if there's a show the next weekend. Each one I do I get more dialed in.

damn...all those food sound soo ****ing good right now. at least you are able to binge and eat good shit for a day or two before u gotta deplete again for the next week.

for me I think i'm just goin to do the 1 show..the mid-florida classic. see how my body responds to the show prep. then take a nice off season and gain a lot of size before I go competing again, so then I will have good conditioning along with mass becuase right now i'm 6weeks out. 5'11 and sitting around 190...i'm not dropping on the scale anymore, but still leaning out (i'm thinking because the test is working) but I still have all the water to drop. next time I compete i want to come in over 200lbs on stage. already am listing the areas that need to be brought up in the off season.

I can never eat too much because my stomach has shrunk up so much. You can go to the breakfast buffet sunday morning but it's hard to really get your moneys worth...lol. Eggs, waffle and some fruit and you'll be ready to burst. Good luck with your show, hang in there.
