    Maybe you should try 20-30 mins cardio 3x/wk to see if you can get rid of some excess water weight that may be contributing to your lethargy...

    ok thanks, ill try that. I have had some bloat, especially if I eat alot of salt

    I was also thinking about switching my routine to 1 on/1 off. Its only 2 less workouts a month, but even more recovery maybe?
