I get asked a lot and I deny it - mainly because there is such a negative stereotype with gear and the overwhelming belief by regular folk that by taking roids you grow without any work. I dont know about you guys, but I workout really hard when I am on. Anyway, my response is creatine, protein, and the DC training method. They usually get interested in the DC training and by the time I finish explaining it in full detail they have forgotten what we were talking about.
LOL, growth takes such a long time, you get used to it. When I see vids/pics of myself next to other people then I can see it. But when I look in the mirror, I don't think Im big enough. Probably never will....
Im cutting right now for a July competition and Im down to 240, I feel anemic.
