I have never used clen before, let alone liquid clen. I've learned that liquid clen should be more potent and it would be a lot easier to acquire (a board sponsor that starts with a and ends with r). And I'm not really looking to stack with T3 because I read that you lose more muscle when stacked with that.
Stats are:
23yrs
5'8, 175lbs
~16% bodyfat
The bottle of liquid clen I will be buying is 30ML @ 200mcg/ML, should this be enough to get me through an 8 week cutting cycle? (or until I reach my goal of 12% bodyfat).
I will be doing low intensity cardio 5 days a week pre-workout and will be on the Scivation cut diet because it has worked for me in the past.
Lastly, what would be a proper dosage and when should I take my dosage?
