    Gyno signs or bloated?

    I'm about 2 and a half weeks into my prop cycling going EOD 150mg/ml.

    So far everythings been great, no sides, good strength and weight gains. I have a pretty strict diet, I go very low on the carbs all weeks round.

    This last saturday I attended a bachelor party and drank mildly heavy all day saturday (i know dumb) I never ever drink, and didn't want to on cycle but I did.

    Anyways, today and yesterday I've been a bit bloated, i'm guessing from the carbs, and excess sodium. I'm about 9-8% bodyfat, today I couldn't help but worry, I just thought my nipples/chest looked somewhat puffy., (it was less ripped then normal)

    I've always carried fat under them when bf was a bit higher, but after I got it in my head the looked puffy I can't stop thinking about gyno starting? They aren't sore, no hard lumps, not sensitive to anything.

    Is it just in my head? and they are just a bit bloated from the change in diet over the weekend?

    It sounds like it's prob just bloat.. Are you running an AI?

    Yep. Probably just bloat. Run a little arimidex EOD or E3D.

    yea just use some arimidex or exemestane during cycle and you should be all good.

    I figured prop was a good test if you wanted to avoid bloat.

    Anyways nips are less puffy today, still may be a tad bit bloated from teh weekend. I will see if it goes down by the end of the week.

    No I have no ldex on hand, will buy some if bloat doesn't subside by the end of the week. Thanks for the replies.

    Yea I've read that test prop doesn't bloat you as much as the longer esters e and c. But I still got bloated while on test prop so yea run an ai.

    So far everything has been amazing. No sides as of yet. Weight gain has just shot up this week. I'm up about 5lbs since I've started. I eat a lean caloric surplus and I'm looking more ripped then I ever have.

    I'm 2 1/2 weeks into my 8 week cycle 150mg/ml EOD. Strength has already gone up a considerable amount. Only problem is when pinning my glutes I can barely sit the next 3 days. It's made working legs virtually impossible so far.

    I've been thinking about trying delts but I'm scurred.
