By the way whats your weight,height and bf%?

6 ft, 195, 9.2% bf. It's a small brown/clear bottle about 2" tall and 3/4" wide, I'm not sure how much is in it. Being I've never done it before how much do I start with. I took 3/4 of a ML this morning. Should I have done more? I also have the same amount of deca durabolin. Can I stack them instead of trying to get more of the sustanon so I can do a 12 week cycle?
