Eq is a waste of oil, you would be better of oiling your bike chain, at least you will get some benefit out of it

I love the way all the vets hate EQ so much.

i also enjoy it, not as much for muscle building, but for hunger/vascularity...

im on it 600mg/week 5 weeks in...hunger and vascularity have started, but as far as muscle building or anything else im not quite there yet..
