Diet, diet, diet. It took me forever to get this right. All the supps, lifting, and gear in the world isn't gonna do a thing for you if ur not eating right, and to gain mass that means a lotta calories, at least 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, and about the same with carbs. Like everyone else has said, you'll be amazed at the gains you will get by improving your diet. Good luck
