    Why ask if you're not going to take advise?

    You've been lifting for 7 years but you're only 160lbs at 5'7" at 13%bf? This is where the problem is. Either your diet and training or both need work. I would advise you to skip the cycle, read up in the diet and training section to see where you're going wrong. AAS will not work if you don't first have diet and training on point. You don't.

    squat 405 x 2
    dead lift 425 x 1
