i buy my b12 from a veterinary supply on line. Its dirt cheap.

How often do you pin yourself with b12? Is it worth it? Thinking about it myself, but not sure what kind of benefit you get out of it.

i do it x3 a week. its like $5 for a 3month supply so its worth it
