well since you are the expert what taste should he look for most men dont taste sperm too often.

but seriosly thats a good call above "clamidia" 'spelled right' Chlamydia is something to look into along with many other things, any pain on urination? that and unusual discharge are the first s/s of clamidia, and l strongly agree that you should find another doc.
