    Anyone else read something like this? Googled and searched this site but cant find anything more conclusive.

    Unless anyone else chimes in Im probably wrong about the cardio after workout not being beneficial. Sorry for the wrong advice Max (and anyone else)

    No need to apologise, my advice to you would be make sure you are certain about advice that you give out, some members are gullable and take things that they read to be the gospel truth.

    If I do any cardio after my workouts I do no more then 20 mins on the bike or on the cross trainer. I usually have my creatine drink during this cardio to, otherwise I generally feel depleted or to exhausted.

    Some people say its one of the best times to train as your already in the zone to burn fat but others say it detremental to your recovery / muscle growth. I have read loads of bits on the net regarding "for and against" I guess I just go with how I feel on that particular day.
