If I do any cardio after my workouts I do no more then 20 mins on the bike or on the cross trainer. I usually have my creatine drink during this cardio to, otherwise I generally feel depleted or to exhausted.
Some people say its one of the best times to train as your already in the zone to burn fat but others say it detremental to your recovery / muscle growth. I have read loads of bits on the net regarding "for and against" I guess I just go with how I feel on that particular day.
