ive done 1iu/day in the morning & saw good fat loss around stomach & better facial complexion, that was all i could afford, so i gave it a trial & error shot & it helped. but in a nut shell it wasn't a whole lot to notice anything tremendous, but 2-5iu's all in 1 shot in the morning before a meal first thing is the way to go for what u need to accomplish.
