"this machine has turned the exercise world upsidedown!" lol love that.
My favorite is when they show their own ads in magazines, and then say they were "published"...and then quote the very ad they put in said magazines.
super gay.
I'll take two...lmfao
what a load of shit
This fkn machine just set the world on fire!! I mean jc Sting uses it!! Sting man!!!!
i went on one of these in a brookstone once. In no way did i feel anything in my muscle. I was laughing around witht the girlfriend just because of the weird vibration feeling where you cant even see straight while on it
My gym has one of these and I never knew what it was... now I do lololol!!! I love the celebrity endorsements... "It's good for warming up before a round of golf" yeah thats such an intense workout lololol!
Mr. Olympia's Secret Weapon!
whats so funny, i know heaps of profession rugby teams which use these machines for rehab and core strength.
My chiropractor has one. I have also seen them at many of the malls in Asia. From what they say if you do exercises on it such as push-ups, squats or whatever you are limited to it is supposed to work the muscle better but whatever. I see it as just another gimmick but it would be fun to try sometime just to do something different.
Even if it works it's limited due to it's size. Now what you need is a 4'x4' square you can do it on. LOL Turn your entire gym floor into a power plate. hahahahaha
Hmmm idea for a new gym.....
